Supplies:
Tube of choice
Scrap of choice.
I’m using an Emo Girlz Rock Mix & Match Collab
It is available at Pimp My Tags
with Scraps
Here
Xero Radiance Plugin

Open a 600x600 new image.
Open your tube of choice & scrap supplies.

Choose a frame of choice.
Resize 85% & paste as a new layer.

Click inside the frame with your magic wand tool.
If needed, hold shift down to select multiple areas
of the frame.
Selections modify expand by 2

Paste a paper of choice.
Selections invert & press delete.
Move the paper under the frame layer.

Open your tube of choice.
If needed, resize 85%
This was necessary for the tube I chose.

Paste as a new layer between the paper
& frame layers.
Duplicate once.

In the layer palette,
move the tube copy layer to the top.
Back on the original tube, press delete
& select none.

Back on the tube copy layer,
erase any parts of the tube showing
past the frame which you do not wish to have.

Duplicate the tube copy layer once.
Move the copy under the original tube copy layer.
Now on this 2nd copy, apply
Xero Radiance Plugin

Strangeness 128
Charm 50
Truth 128
Beauty 255

Add a drop shadow to the frame & original tube layers.
2,2,50,5 black

Open a skull face element.
Resize 50% & paste on each bottom corner of the frame.

Open a star cluster element.
Paste on the bottom layer on top side of the frame.
Duplicate once & flip.

Open a glitter doodle background element.
Resize 110%
Paste on the bottom layer & move it down slightly
from behind the frame.
Duplicate & flip.

Add a wordart of choice to bottom
part of the tag. I used one provided with the scrap collab.

Merge layers visible & resize 88%
Add copyright info & name.
Save as png.
