Any resemblance to another
tutorial is purely coincidental.
For this tutorial, I’m using
a tube by Acorn Cupcake
You can purchase her tubes at
MPT
Supplies:
Tube of choice
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by Pimp'd Designs
Called Mid Summer Night
It is available at Pimp My Tags
with Scraps
Here

Open a 600x600 new image.
Open your tube & scrap supplies.

Choose a frame of choice.
I used an oval silver one but it
is entirely up to you.

Click inside your frame with
your magic wand.
Have it set to Replace & Color
Tolerance 20 Feather 0
Anti -Alias off & outside

Selections modify expand to 5
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer.
Selections invert & press delete.
Move the paper under the frame layer.

Paste your tube between the two layers
in the frame.
Arrange as you want & press delete.
Select none.

Add a drop shadow to both the frame
& tube layers.
2,2,50,5 Black.

Open a hanging flower tube .
Resize 70%
Paste on the bottom on the left side
of the frame.
Duplicate it once & move the copy
layer over slightly to the right.

Open a horizontal ribbon & leaves.
Resize 60% & paste along the bottom of the frame.
Paste a butterfly of choice on top of the ribbon.
Add a drop shadow to the butterfly layer.

Open a star glitter doodle element.
Resize 80%
Paste on the bottom layer & position on the tag
opposite side of the frame from the hanging flowers.
Duplicate once & flip.

Open a flower of choice & resize 50%
Position on side with doodle but under the doodle layer.
Duplicate it twice & position the flower layers along the frame
side.

Add wordart or saying of choice to the tag
on the top layer.
I did my own word which I thought fit the tag.
Convert to raster & add a drop shadow.

Merge layers visible.
Resize to 88%
Add copyright info & name to the tag.
Save as png.
Thanks for trying my tutorial.
