Supplies:
Tube of choice.
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by Pimp'd Designs
Called Secret Crush
It is available at Pimp My Tags With Scraps
Here

Open a 600x600 new image.
Open up tube & scrap supplies.

Open the diamond rows.
Click with your magic wand.
Paste a paper of choice.
Selections invert& press delete.
Select none.

Merge the two diamond layers
together.
Add a drop shadow to them
2,2,50,5 Black

Duplicate this layer once.
On the bottom layer,
adjust blur gauassian 15

Paste your tube as a new layer.
Add a drop shadow.

Open a heart balloon
Resize 88%
Rotate free rotate 25 left
Position behind your main tube.
Duplicate mirror & flip

Open a chocolate looking heart.
Paste as a new layer & move to
side slightly. Arrange behind your main tube.

Open a wordart doodle.
Paste as a new layer & move under
your main tube.
Add a drop shadow.

Merge layers visible.
Resize 88%
Add copyright info & name
Save as jpeg or png.
