Supplies:
Tube of choice.
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by designs by sarah
Called emo princess
It is available at Pimp My Tags With Scraps
Here

Open a 600x600 new image
Open your tube & scrap supplies.

Open a multi square frame.
Resize 80% & paste as a new layer,
Click inside the frame with magic wand.

Open a paper of choice.
Paste as a new layer.
Selections invert & press delete
Move paper under frame.

Paste your tube as a new layer
between the paper & frame.
Press delete.
Select none.

Add a drop shadow to the frame
& tube layers
2,2,50,5 Black

Merge the three layers together.
Duplicate the merged layers together twice.
On the bottom layer,
rotate free rotate left 25
On the middle layer,
rotate free rotate right 25

Open a tiara element of choice.
Resize 50%
Paste at the bottom of the top frame.

Paste your tube as a new layer &
arrange on the right side of the tag.
Add a drop shadow.

Paste two glitterly stars on the bottom layer.
Arrange as wanted behind the other layers.

Open a skull element.
Resize 20%
Paste at top of the frame.
Add a drop shadow.

Open a splatter element.
Paste as a new layer & move slightly
to the side.
Duplicate once & mirror.

Open a lollipop element.
Resize 40% & paste as new layer.
Duplicate twice.
Rotate as you did the frames earlier.

Open a bow.
Resize 20%
Paste on top of the three lollipop sticks
as if it is holding the sticks together.

Add a wordart of choice
to the tag. Make sure to add a
drop shadow.

Merge all layers together.
Resize 88%
Add copyright info & name.
Save as jpeg or png.
