Supplies:
Tube closeup of choice.
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by Artmama
Called Wild Thing
It is a PTU kit.
Scrap
Plugin: AAA Frames Foto Frame

Open a 600x250 new image.
Open your tube and/or closeup & scrap supplies.

Click your new image
with your magic wand tool.
Paste paper of choice.
Selections invert & press delete


Open a square frame.
Resize 80%
Paste on the tag image.
Add a drop shadow
2,2,50,5 black

Click inside the frame with
magic wand.
If needed hold shift down to
select multiple areas.
Selections modify expand 3

Paste a 2nd paper of choice.
Selections invert & press delete
Move paper under frame.
Paste close up between frame
& paper layers.
Select none.
Add a drop shadow.

Open a chain link background.
Resize 50%.
Paste on one side of the tag
above the paper layer.
Duplicate once & mirror.

Open two different color flowers.
Paste behind slightly to the frame.
Arrange so one is slightly to the side
of the other.
Merge the two flowers together.
Duplicate once & move to the side slightly.

Open a wordart of choice.
Resize 50%
Arrange on tag near bottom.
Add a drop shadow.

Merge layers together
Duplicate once

On the top layer,
adjust blur motion blur 215 angle
Lower the opacity to about 66%
Apply the plugin AAA Frames Foto Frame
Width 40
Opactity 100
everything else 0

Image add borders
size 2 color from tag
Do this twice each time
using a different color from tag.

Merge layers together.
Resize 98%
Add copyright info to tag.
Save as jpeg or png.
