Supplies:
Tube of choice.
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by Gothic Inspirirations
Called Steampunk
It is a PTU kit.
Scrap

Open a 600x600 new image.
Open up your tube & scrap supplies.

Open a mechanical element
Resize 80%
Paste as a new layer onto your image.

Open a round frame
Click inside the frame with magic wand.
Selections modify expand by 5

Paste paper as wanted.
Selections invert & press delete.
Select none
Move paper under frame.

Paste as a new layer onto main image.
Arrange under the mechanical & to the right side.
Duplicate once.
Move either above or below the first round frame.
Drop shadow both frames 2,2,50,5 Black

Open a lamppost.
Resize 70%
Paste on the left side of the tag.
Add a drop shadow.

Paste your main tube on the left side
of the frame in front of the lamppost.
Add a drop shadow.

Open a doodle pin.
Paste as a new layer & arrange
under the mechanical on the right side.
Add a drop shadow.

Open a teddy bear of choice.
Resize 60%
Paste at bottom of the mechanical
near a corner.
Add a drop shadow.

Open a corner doodle element.
Reszie 60%
Paste as new layer & arrange in layer palette
on bottom of top left side.
Duplicate once & flip

Merge layers together.
Duplicate once
On the bottom layer,
adjust blur gauassian 15

Resize both layers 88%
Merge visible again.

Add copyright info & name.
Save as jpeg or png
