Supplies:
Tube of choice.
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by Heartfelt Perfections
Called Sterling
It is a PTU kit.
Available at My Tag Art.

1) Open a 600x600 new image.
Open a frame of choice.
Resize 85%.
Paste as new layer.
Add a drop shadow
2,2,50,5 black

2) Select inside the frame with magic wand.
Selections modify expand 5
Paste photo of choice.
Selections press invert.
Select none.
Move under frame.

3) Choose a flower bundle.
Resize 75% twice.
Paste on side of frame.
Add a drop shadow.
Duplicate once & mirror.

4) Choose a flower.
Paste as new layer.
Arrange in a corner above background layer.
Duplicate once
Mirror.
Merge the two flower layers.
Duplicate once
Flip
Resize them 88&
Add drop shadow

5) Paste your tube as new layer.
Position as wanted.
I positioned her in a top corner.
Add a drop shadow.

6) Choose a butterfly.
Resize 50% twice
Paste as new layer on the flower bundle.
Add drop shadow.
Duplicate once & mirror

7) Merge all layers visible.
Resize 82%.
Duplicate once the merged layers.
On the bottom layer,
Adjust blur gauassian 20
Effects texture weave
2,3,100

8) Add word art or saying of choice.
Add a drop shadow.
Add copyright info & name.
Save as jpeg or png.
