Supplies
Tube of choice
Scrap of choice
I’m using a PTU kit
Called Dark Emotions

Monti Blind Mask here

1) Open a 600x600 new image.
Select a frame of choice.
Copy & paste as new layer.

2) Select inside frame with magic wand.
Selections modify expand by 4
Paste paper of choice as new layer.
Selections invert & press delete.
Move paper under frame layer.

3) Open tube of choice.
Resize if needed.
I resized 80%.
Paste as new layer between frame & paper layers.
Duplicate once.
Move too tube copy layer to top & X out.
On bottom tube original layer press delete.
Select none.

4) Now X out bottom tube & un’X out top one.
Lower opacity of tube some.
Remove any part of tube showing below frame.
Use selection tool or eraser brush.
Un’X bottom tube & add drop shadow
To both bottom tube & frame.
5) Open candle of choice.
Resize 80% twice or as needed.
Paste as new layer & position on
Side of frame.
Move layer below top tube layer.
Duplicate candle layer once & mirror.
Drop shadow both.

6) Open a heart element of choice.
Paste as new layer.
Position as wanted.
I did it below the frame.
This may vary on the element itself.
Add drop shadow.

7) Choose a wordart or create your own.
Paste as new layer & position as wanted.
Add a drop shadow.

8) Open a tear(s) type element.
Resize 50% twice or as needed.
Paste as new layer & position
On candle in some way.
Duplicate once & mirror to the other candle.
Drop shadow both.

9) Paste paper as new layer above background layer.
Monti Blind Mask inverted
Merge group
Resize 110%.

10) Merge layers visible.
Resize 88%.
Add copyright info & name.
