Supplies
Tube of choice
Scrap of choice
I’m using one by TC’s Sweets
Called Epilepsy Awareness

WSL Mask 130 here
Font GE Edge

1) Open a 600x600 new white image.
Open frame of choice & copy & paste
As new layer.

2) Select inside of the frame with magic wand.
Selections modify expand 2
Choose a paper & paste as new layer.
Selections invert – press delete
Move the paper layer under the
Frame layer in layer palette.
Do not select none.

3) Paste your tube as new layer between the frame & paper layers.
Press delete on it.
Select none.
Drop shadow the frame & tube layers
2,2,50,5 black

4) Take a star element & paste as new top layer.
Make sure you copy merged
Resize 120% only the star layer.
Move to above the background layer.
You want the corners sticking out around the frame.
Add drop shadow.



5) Open a heart element & resize by 50%.
Paste on the edge of the frame.
Add drop shadow.

6) Open the flowery plant doodle.
Resize by 80%.
Paste as new layer.
Position so that part of it peeks out
From under the star layer on one saide.
Duplicate & mirror it.
Drop shadow both.

7) Choose a butterfly & resize 50%.
Paste as new layer.
Mirror.
Position on the opposite side of the frame as the heart.
Add drop shadow.

8) Paste a paper as new layer above the background layer.
Apply the wsl mask 130.
Merge group
Resize mask layer 110%.

9) Resize as wanted.
Add a saying which fits your tag.
Add drop shadow as well.

10) Add copyright info on tag.
Add name on the tag as well.
Save as png or jpeg.
