Supplies
Tube of choice
Scrapkit of choice.
I;m using one called The Pagan Way
By Gothic Witch Creations
here


1) Open a 600x600 white image.
Select a frame of choice from the scrap kit.
Resize the frame by 105%.
Paste as new layer.

2) Select inside the frame with magic wand.
Selections modify expand by 3
Paste a scrap paper as new layer.
Selections invert Press delete.
Move the paper under the frame layer in layer palette.
Select none.

3) Paste your tube as new layer.
Resize as needed & add drop shadow
2,2,5,50 black

4) Open a deco tube of choice.
Select inside the square frame with magic wand.
Selections modify 2.
Add new raster layer & fill with color of choice.
Copy & paste your tube,
Position the part you want in the frame
Then press invert & delete.
Move the deco layer to top in layer palette.
Copy merged onto tag.

5) Add the earlier drop shadow to the deco frame.
Resize by 70% & 88%.
Position as desired.

6) Choose a stone or bead to paste on the top
Of the chain holding the deco frame.
Choose two candles & resize by
70 % & 80%.
Positon as wanted & add drop shadow.

7) Paste a glitter tube as new layer above the background layer.
Open a swag tube & resize by 80%.
Paste as new layer.
Position above the frame layer near top of frame.
Add earlier drop shadow.

8) I moved the deco hanging frame so its
Under the swag layer.
Open a cauldron & resize 50%.
Position on a corner behind the main tube.
Add earlier drop shadow.
Add wordart of choice or make your own.

9) Merge visible & add copyright info.
Resize 88%.
Add name to tag & save as jpeg or png.
