Supplies:
Tube of choice.
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by Gothic Inspirirations
Called Get Out.
It is a PTU kit here

Xero Radiance
Mask 221 by weescottlass here
Eye candy4000 Gradient glow (optional)

Open 600x600 new image.
Open a tube & scrap supplies.

Open a frame of choice.
Paste as new layer.
Add a drop shadow
2,2,50,5 Black
Click inside frame with magic wand.
Paste paper as new layer.
Selections invert & press delete.

Paste tube in frame.
Arrange as wanted.
Press delete.
Select none.
Add drop shadow to the tube.
Apply Xero Radience
88, 50, 125,255

Open a rose.
Resize 50% once & 65% once.
Paste on side of frame.
Add a drop shadow.

Duplicate the rose twice.
Rotate 1 rose 25 degrees right
Rotate the 2nd rose 25 degrees left.

Paste your tube on side of frame.
Add a drop shadow.
Open barb wire tube.
Resize 50%.
Paste at bottom of tube on side.
Duplicate once & mirror.
Drop shadow both barb wire layers.

Open wine glass.
Resize 50% twice.
Paste on the barb wire
As if standing on the wire.
Add a drop shadow.

Add new raster layer above BG.
Fill with color of choice &/or paper of choice.
Apply mask wsl 221
Merge group

Choose wordart from kit.
Resize 50% & 85% once each.
Paste at bottom of tag.
You can apply gradient glow
Black halo if you wish.
Add drop shadow

Resize all layers 88%.
Add copyright info & name.
Save as jpeg or png
