Supplies:
Tube of choice.
Scrap of choice.
I’m using a
Scrap by FantasyMoments
Cool Ocean
Scrap
FTU Kit
Available on her blog

Open a 600x600 new image.
Open tube image & kit supplies as well.

Open frame of choice from kit.
Paste as new layer.
Add a drop shadow
2,2,50,5 Black
Click inside the frame with magic wand.
Selections modify expand 6

Paste paper as new layer
Selections invert & press delete.
Move under frame.
Paste tube as new layer
Between frame & paper.
Arrange as wanted & press delete.
Select none.
Add drop shadow to the tube

Open horizontal ribbon of choice.
Resize 50%.
Paste as new layer under frame.
Add a drop shadow.

Paste an art deco flower as new layer.
Move to just above BG layer.
Arrange on one side of top of frame
As if peeking out from underneath.
Duplicate once. Mirror.
Merge the 2 art deco flowers together.
Add drop shadow.
Duplicate one more time
& flip.

Open flower of choice.
Resize 50% & 60% once each.
Paste on side of frame.
Duplicate twice & arrange
The flowers by the first one.
Drop shadow all the flowers.

Open a butterfly tube.
Resize 50% twice.
Paste on side of frame
Add a drop shadow.
Do the same with a ladybug but
Paste by the flowers.

Open a hanging heart charm.
Resize 50%.
Paste as new layer &
Arrange under the butterfly
Add a drop shadow.

Merge lavers visible
Resize 83%,
Add wordart or saying of choice.
You can add gradient glow if you wish
Add a drop shadow

Add copyright info & name.
Save as jpeg or png.
