Supplies:
Tube & Image of choice
Scrap of choice
I’m using Emotional Wreck by
Creations By Jo.
It’s a PTU kit available at Dreamscape.

Open a 600x600 new image.
Open tube & scrap items.

Open a rectangular frame.
Resize 50%.
Paste as new layer.
Add a drop shadow
2,2,50,5 Black
Move to center of main image.

Select inside squares of frame with magic wand.
Selections modify expand 4
Selections invert
Press delete.
Move paper layer under frame.

Paste tube between paper & frame.
Press delete.
Select none.
Add a drop shadow to the tube.

Open paper element.
Resize 70%.
Paste as new layer
Arrange as if the paper is coming out
From behind the top of the frame.
Add a drop shadow.

Open falling leaves tube.
Resize 50%.
Paste as if coming from under bottom of tag.
Duplicate & mirror.
Drop shadow both leaves layers.

Open word art.
Resize 50%.
Paste on tag.
Add a drop shadow.

Open heart element tube.
Resize 20%.
Paste on two corners of frame.
Add a drop shadow to both.

Open hanging vine element.
Resize 70%.
Arrange behind all layers.
You want it showing as if hanging from bottom of tag.
Add a drop shadow.

Merge all layers visible.
Duplicate once
On the bottom layer,
Adjust blur Gaussian 22

Resize all layers 88%.
Add copyright info & name.
Save as jpeg or png.
