Supplies:
Tube & closeup of choice.
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by Gothic Inspirirations
Called Boom Freedom of expression.
It is a PTU kit.
Scrap
Xero Porcelain
Eyecandy 4000 Gradient glow (optional)

Open a 600x600new image.
Open tube & scrap.

Open frame of choice from kit.
Resize 70%.
Paste as new layer.
Add a drop shadow
2,2,50,5 Black
Select inside the frame with magic wand.
Selections modify expand 4

Paste closeup as new layer.
Selections invert & press delete.
Select none.
Move closeup under frame.
Add a drop shadow.
Resize the frame & closeup layers
85%.
Apply Xero Porcelain

Paste your full tube on side of frame.
Add a drop shadow to it.
Open star circle tube.
Resize 50% twice.
Paste on top corner of frame.
Add a drop shadow.

Open a bow.
Resize 50% & 70% once each.
Arrange under the star element.
Add a drop shadow.

Open star consellation swirl.
Resize 50%.
Paste on a corner of frame.
Move to bottom of layer.
Duplicate once
Mirror –flip
Drop shadow both

Open a string.
Resize 50%.
Paste as new layer behind
Main tube.
Add a drop shadow.

Open a buckle tube.
Resize 50% & 60% once each.
Paste as new layer
& arrange under star & bow tubes.
Add a drop shadow

Open a top hat.
Resize 40% twice & 60% once.
Paste on bottom corner.
Add a drop shadow.

Merge layers visible.
Resize all layers 88%.
Add wordart or saying of choice for your tag.
Apply eye candy gradient glow if you wish.
Add a drop shadow.

Add copyright info & name.
Save as jpeg or png.
