For this tutorial, I’m using
a tube by Ismael Rac

Choose a circle frame of choice.

your new image.

Click inside the frame with your
magic wand tool.
You may need to hold shift button

Paste a paper of choice as a new layer.
Selections invert & press delete.
Move the paper layer under the frame
layer in your layer palette.

Paste your tube between
the two layers.
Duplicate once.
Move the 2nd tube layer to
the top in your layer palette.

Back on the original tube,
press delete.
Select none.

Add a drop shadow to the
original tube layer & frame.

On the 2nd tube layer,
erase parts of the tube showing
past the frame. This is all the bottom
parts. You want the head to show up above.
If you lower the opacity it helps to see
where to erase and where not to erase.
