For this tutorial, I’m using
2 tubes by Zlata_M.

Supplies:
Tube of choice
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by Gothic Inspiratiosn
Called I Need A Man
Here
Xero Radiance

Open a 600x600 new image.
Open up two tubes &
your scrap supplies.

Choose a frame of choice.
Resize 75%
Paste as a new layer.

Click inside the frame with your
magic wand tool.
Selections modify expand by 4

Paste a paper of choice as
a new layer.
Selections invert & press delete.
Move the paper layer under the frame
layer.

Open tube 1.
Resize if needed.
For the tube I used I resized 55%

Paste your tube between
the two layers.
Duplicate once.
Move the copy tube to the
top in your layer palette.

Back on the original tube layer,
press delete.
Select none.

On the tube copy layer,
erase parts showing which you
do not want seen of the tube.
It may help to lower the opacity
on the tube to see easier where
to erase.

Add a drop shadow to the frame
& original tube layers.
2,2,50,5 Black

Open a filmstrip frame.
Resize 90%.
Rotate either direction 90.

Take your magic wand again
& while holding shift button down,
click inside each square of the
filmstrip.
Selections modify expand by 2.

Open tube 2 & resize 65%
or as needed.
Copy merged & paste as a new layer.

Selections invert & press delete.
Select none.
Move under the frame layer.
Add a drop shadow to the frame layer.

Copy merged onto your main image.
Rotate free rotate left 15.
Move to side slightly on your tag.

Apply Xero Radiance to the
tube 2 filmstrip layer.
Strangeness 46
Charm 50
Truth 137
Beauty 255

Open a paper tab element.
Resize 90%
Paste on the bottom half of
the bottom layer of the tag.

Duplicate once & flip.
Merge the two tab layers together.
Resize again 95%

Open a wire element.
Rotate 90 either direction.
Paste as a new top layer.
Add a drop shadow.

Open a leaf branch.
Resize 95% twice.
Paste on right side of the tag.

Duplicate the branch once & mirror.
Position the copy branch over by
the original branch layer.

Open an oil can element.
Resize 20%
Paste at the bottom of the leaf branches.
Add a drop shadow.

Add wordart or saying of choice
to the tag.
Add a drop shadow to the text.

Merge layers visible.
Resize 88%
Add copyright info & name.
Save as png.
