For this tutorial, I’m using
a tube by Verymany
The tube is available at
PicsForDesign

Supplies:
2 Tubes of choice
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by Pimp'd Designz
Called Attitude
It is available at Pimp My Tags
with Scraps
Here

Open a 600x600 new image.
Open your tubes & scrap supplies.

Open a filmstrip frame.
Resize 85% or as needed.
Paste as a new layer.
Add a drop shadow to the frame layer.
2,2,50,5 black

Now select your magic wand.
Holding the shift button down,
click inside each square of the film
frame. Once all are selected,
selections modify expand by 2

Paste a paper of choice as a new layer.
Selections invert & press delete.
Move the paper layer under the frame layer.
Select none.

Now back on the frame layer,
Select 6 squares of the frame. with the magic wand.
Selections modify expand by 2.
You may find it easier to do this part one square
at a time.

In each selected square, paste a tube of choice.
Arrange as wanted. Selections invert & press delete.
Select none.
Move the tubes under the frame layer.

Copy & paste your main tube as the new layer.
Make sure its the top layer in layer palette.

Open a photo frame.
Resize 80%
Click inside the square part of the frame
with your magic wand tool.

Paste a paper of choice as a new layer.
Selections invert & press delete.
Move the paper under the frame layer.

Paste your tube between the paper & frame layers.
Press delete.
Select none.
Add a drop shadow to the tube & frame layers.
2,2,50,5 black

Merge the photo frame layers together.
Apply Xero Radiance Plugin
Strangeness 158
Charm 50
Truth 128
Beauty 255

Paste on the bottom layer of the tag.
Rotate free rotate 25 left.
Arrange if needed.
Duplicate once & mirror.

Open a skull heart element.
Resize 20%
Paste in the frame squares without
the tubes in them.
I have it so that it goes
tube-skull-tube-skull in the frame.
But that is entirely up to you.

Open a scatter of stars.
Resize 75%
Paste along the bottom of the frame
but behind your main tube.
Addd a drop shadow to the stars.

Open a chain link element.
Paste on the bottom layer of the tag.

Open a kiss element
Resize 25%
Paste once on the tag.

Select a wordart from the scrap to use.
Resize 75%
Paste as a new layer & arrange on bottom half
of the tag.

Merge layers visible.
Resize 88%
Add copyright info & name.
Save as png format.
