For this tutorial, I’m using
a tube by Ismael Rac

Supplies:
Tube of choice
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by TK Dezigns
Called High Maintenance
It is available at Pimp My Tags
with Scraps
Here


Open a 600x600 new image.
Open up your tube and scrap supplies.

Open a diamond rectangle frame.
Resize 90%
Paste as a new layer.
Add a drop shadow
2,2,50,5 black

Click inside the frame with your
magic wand.
Selections modify expand by 5

Paste paper as new layer.
Selections invert & press delete.
Move the paper under frame layer.
Select none.

Paste your tube as a new layer.
Position on the frame.

Open a tiara element.
Resize 25%
Position on a top corner of the frame.
I did the opposite side of my tube.

Take your eraser tool & erase the
bottom part of the tiara.
This will create that the tiara
is hanging on the frame.
If it helps, zoom in on the tiara to see
it better while you erase.
Just remember to zoom to 100% afterwards.

Now merge the frame & paper layers together.
Duplicate once.
On the bottom frame layer,
Rotate free rotate right 25
Arrange slightly if needed on the tag.

Duplicate the rotated frame layer once.
Rotate free rotate right 25
Arrange as needed on the tag.

Open a money bag element.
Resize 50%
Paste on the bottom corner of frame with
tiara on same side.

Open a dollar sign element.
Resize 50%
Rotate right 25
Arrange on an end of the 2nd frame.

Duplicate the dollar sign once.
Rotate the copy dollar once
free rotate right 25.
Arrange on the 3rd frame.

Open a regular dollar sign element again.
This time resize 25%
Paste on the original frame along the end
twice.

Open a ribbon.
Resize 78%
Paste along the bottom of the original frame.
Move this layer under the dollar sign & money
bag elements in the layer palette.
Add a drop shadow.
2,2,50,5 black

Open a circle frame.
Add a drop shadow.
2,2,50,5 black

Click inside the frame with magic wand.
Selections modify expand by 8
Paste a paper as new layer.
Selections invert & press delete.
Move paper under frame layer.
Select none.

Copy merged onto tag image.
Paste on the bottom layer.
Arrange as wanted.
I did this so the circle frame doesn't
show past the original frame.

Open a ribbon with charms on it.
Resize 50%
Paste between the 2nd & 3rd frame.
Arrange the bow on the diamonds of the circle frame.
Add the earlier drop shadow.

Add wordart or saying of choice.
Convert to raster if typing out
the words.
Add a drop shadow to the words.

Merge layers together.
Resize 88%
Add copyright info & name.
Save as a png format.
