For this tutorial, I’m using
a tube by Lady Mishka
You can find her tubes at PTE
Supplies:
Tube of choice
Forum Mask 22 by
Lithuim Flower Creations
Here
Open a 600x250 new image.
Open your tube of choice.

Fill the new image with a lighter
color from your tube of choice.

Now add a new raster layer.
Fill with a contrasting color from the first layer.
Apply the forum mask 22.
In the layer palette click on one of the mask layers
& merge group.

Now select all - float -defloat
Paste your tube as a new layer on
which ever side of the forum tag you wish.
Selections invert & press delete.
Select none.

Add a drop shadow to the tube image
2,2,50,5 Black

Type out saying of choice to
side of your tube image.
Also add a drop shadow to the text as well.

If you don't wish to animate, then
add copyright info & name & save as jpeg at
this point.

To animate, add copyright info & name &
continue on below.

To Animate:

Select the mask group layer of the tag.
Adjust add noise Uniform 15
Copy merged & paste as a new animation
into Animation Shop or AS.

Return to psp, undo the noise.
Add nosie this time at 25
Copy merged & paste after current frame.

Repeat this one more time with the noise at 35
& paste after the 2nd frame for a total of 3 animated
frames.

In AS, select all & View animation to double check if you like it.
If you do, the save the animated tag.
