For this tutorial, I’m using
a tube by Keith Garvey.

Supplies:
Tube of choice
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by Pimp'd Designs
Called Big Girl Panties
It is available at Pimp My Tags
with Scraps
Here
Plugins:
Mura's Meister Copies
EyeCandy 4000 Gradient Glow

Open a 600x250 new image.
Open your tube & scrap supplies.

Choose a paper of choice.
On your new image, click it
with your magic wand to select all.

Paste the paper as a new layer.
Selections invert & press delete.
This will make all selections
to end.

Paste your tube as a new layer.
Open a bra & panties elements.
Resize each one 30% & again by
85%.
Free rotate the panties Left 25
Repeat this with the bra but rotate
them to the right.

Paste on opposite side from your tube.
Open a masked faded background.
Resize 50%
Paste twice above the paper layer
along the middle of the tag.

Merge the bra & panties layers together.
Resize 50%
Using the plugin mura's meister copies
select tiling. Gap set to 2
This will tile the layer.

If you need to move the tiled layer to
above the paper layer.

Add wordart or saying of choice.
I did my own saying.
Add gradient glow if needed to help
"pop" the words more.
I used Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow
setting Fat width 3

Merge all layers together.
Add borders black or color of choice
width 4.
Resize 97%

Add copyright info & name.
Save as wanted.
