Move paper under the frame.
Paste your tube between the
two layers.

Resize 80% & paste near the bottom
of the frame.
Add a drop shadow

Open a flower &

Paste at one end of the music element.
Also give the flower the same drop shadow.

Repeat the flower steps with a bird element.
Paste the bird on the opposite side of the flower.
I positioned mine by the music element.
Also add a drop shadow.

Open a heart element.
Resize 50%
Paste on a corner of the frame.
Duplicate once & mirror.
Move the duplicated heart by the
original heart.

Open heart flowers &

Paste as a new layer.
In your layer palette,
arrange the heart flower layer under
the hearts & bird layers.
Duplicate once & mirror.
Arrange like you did the heart element.

Open a chain link element.
Paste this on the bottom layer
of the tag.

Add wordart of choice to the tag.
Add an optional Gradient glow

Also add a drop shadow to the text you use.

Resize all layers 88%
Merge together.
