Any resemblance to another
tutorial is purely coincidental.
For this tutorial, I’m using
The art of Zindy S.D, Nielsen
You can purchase her artwork at
her website
I purchased the tube I am using when
she sold at MPT.

Supplies:
Tube of choice.
Scrap of choice.
I’m using a Collab one
called Like A Virgin by TK Dezigns &
Designs by Sarah
It is available at Pimp My Tags With Scraps
Here
Wordart by EljiDorado Designs Here
Animation Shop

Open a 600x600 new image.
Open your tube & scrap supplies.

Choose a frame of choice.
Resize 85% or as needed.
Paste as a new layer.

Click inside the frame with magic wand.
Selections modify expand 3
Paste a paper of choice as new layer.
Selections invert & press delete.
Move paper under frame.

Paste your tube layer between
the paper & frame layers.
Press delete.
Select none.

Add a drop shadow to both
the frame & tube layers
2,2,50,5 Black

Open a cloud element.
paste on the bottom layer at the top
of the frame.
Duplicate the cloud layer once
& flip so you have clouds at
the top & bottom.

Open pearl ribbon.
Resize 80%
Paste along bottom of the frame.
Add a drop shadow.

Open a flower & resize 50%
Paste on the frame twice -
one on each side of the frame.

Open wordart of choice.
Resize 18% if using same one
I used. Paste as a new layer.
Arrange in layer palette so it is
on the bottom layer of the tag.

Resize layers 88%
Merge together layers except your
main tube layer.
Leave that one unmerged if
you wish to animate.

Add copyright info & name
If you don't wish to animate, then
save as jpeg or png at this point.

To Animate:

Copy merged into AS & paste as new animation

Now back in PSP,
on your tube layer, lower the opacity to 75
Copy merged into AS & paste after current frame

Go back to PSP & again lower the opacity to 50
Repeat copy merged & paste after
current frame..this should be the 3rd frame
Repeat this two more times with an opacity of 25
and then lowered to 0.
This should give you 5 frames total

Select all
Frame properties set to 25
Now copy all &
paste as new animation
Select all -Animation Reverse frames
Select all & Copy

Back on your original animation
paste the reversed frames after the 5th frame
This should give you a total of 9 Frames.
Save as gif
