Supplies:
Tube of choice.
Paint Shop Pro
Animation Shop
No scrap supplies are needed
Plugins: Muras Meister Copies
EyeCandy 4000 Gradient Glow
( Optional )

Open a banner size image
600x250.
Open a tube of choice.
There are no scraps needed for this tag.

Fill the banner image with black
or color of choice. This will vary
depending on the tube you are using.

Choose your font tool.
Size 16 No stroke width.
Type out a word of choice
to coordinate with your tube.
I chose meow.

Convert the text to raster.
Go to effects Muras Meister Copies.
Tiling effect
Tile Gap 2
This should copy the word all over the banner.
Lower the opacity some on the tiled words.

Resize your tube by 75% once & 95% three times
if needed. Again this varies on the tube you are using.
Paste your tube on one side of the banner.

Choose your font tool again.
Stroke width 1 Size at least 20
Type out the same word from the tiling again.
You want this word to be good sized.
Convert to raster.

Move to bottom corner of the banner across
from your main tube.
Add a drop shadow
2,2,50,5 Black

Add copyright info & name.
I applied a Gradient Glow to make mine
more visible but this is entirely optional.
Merge layers visible except for your large word.

If you don't wish to animate just save the tag now.
To animate continue below.

Copy merged & paste into AS as a new animation.

Back in paint shop:

On the word layer, lower opacity to 75
Copy merged into AS & paste After current frame.

In Paint shop:
lower the opacity on word to 50
Copy & paste as above but this time paste
after the second frame.

While still in AS,
Select all three frames & copy
Go to the last frame and make sure its selcted,
then paste after current frame.
This should give you 6 frames total.

Edit select all
View - View animation

Make sure the blink effect on the word
looks okay to you. If so, save you tag.
