Supplies:
Tube of choice.
Scrap of choice.
I’m using the Stargazing Collab by Stargazer Scraps

Open a 600x600 new image.
Open your tube of choice
along with the collab kits.

Open a frame element of choice.
Resize 85% or as needed.
Paste onto your main image.
Click inside the frame with magic wand
Selections modify expand by 5

Paste paper of choice as new layer
Selections invert & press delete.
Move paper under frame.

Open a ribbon of hanging stars & moons.
Resize 50%
Paste between paper & frame near the top.
Press delete.
Select none.
Add a drop shadow to the ribbon & frame
2,2,50,5 Black

Paste your main tube in center of the tag.
Add a drop shadow.

Open a crescent moon shadow outline.
Resize 80%
Paste on bottom layer &
arrange so that it shows from behind
half of the tag.
Duplicate this layer once.
Mirror & then flip.

Open a doodle tree element.
Resize 50%
Paste above the paper layer.
Arrange two of them in the frame.

Merge layers visible.
Resize 88%

Open wordart of choice.
Resize 50%
Selections
Select all - float -defloat

Add new raster layer
Paste a new image filled with
color of choice as a new layer.
Selections invert & press delete.
Select none.

Merge the 2 layers together.
Paste as a new layer.
Add a drop shadow

Add copyright info & name.
Save as jpeg or png.
