Supplies:
Tube of choice.
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by Addictive Pleasures
Called Gaga
It is a PTU kit
Here


Open a 600x600 new image.
Open your tube & scrap supplies.

Open a recntangular frame.
Resize 90%
Paste as a new layer.
Add a drop shadow
2,2,50,5 black

Select inside the frame with
magic wand.
Selections modify expand 3

Paste a paper as new layer.
Selections invert & press delete.
Move under the frame.

Open a circle frame.
Resize 90%
Add a drop shadow.
Paste as new top layer.

Click inside the frame with
magic wand. If selecting more then
one area, hold shift down while selecting.
Repeat as above with expanding
& choose a different paper then before .

Paste your main tube.

Open a chain fence.
Resize 78%
Paste on bottom layer &
arrange to side slightly.
Duplicate once & mirror.

Open a fingerprint tube.
paste under you main tube to the side.
Duplicate once & mirror.

Open some number cards.
Resize 50%.
Paste along bottom of tag.

Open a body outline.
Resize 80%
paste between the two frames.
Add a drop shadow.

Open a cell phone.
select the screen area.
Paste your tube closeup on it.
Selections invert & press delete.
Select none.

Resize 50%
Free rotate 45 either direction
Paste between tube & fingerprints,
Add a drop shadow.

Open police line tape.
Resize 60%
Paste & arrange
under number cards & tube layers.
Add a drop shadow.

Open a skull & crossbones.
Paste on a bottom frame top corner.
Add a drop shadow.

Open yellow netting.
Paste as new bottom layer.
Move up slightly.
Duplicate once & flip.

Open a button.
Resize 60%
Paste at bottom of main tube.

Open a bottle.
Resize 60%
Paste on a corner under
the number cards.
Add a drop shadow.

Merge all layers together.
Add wordart or saying of choice.
Add a drop shadow.

Resize 88%
Add copyright info & name.
Save as jpeg or png.
