Supplies:
Tube of choice.
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by Kirstys Scraps
Called Nanite.
It is a PTU kit.
Scrap

Open a 600x600 new image.
Open tube & scrap supplies.

Open star shaped frame.
Paste as a new layer.
Add a drop shadow
2,2,50,5 Black

Click inside the star with magic wand.
Selections modify expand by 5
Paste paper of choice as new layer
Selections invert & press delete.
Move under frame layer.

Paste tube closeup as new layer
between paper & frame.
Press delete.
Select none.
Add a drop shadow.

Open clockwork face.
Resize 70%
Paste as new layer.
Move down to bottom layer.
Duplicate once
Mirror & flip.
Drop shadow both clock layers.

Open chainlink.
Paste on the bottom layer.
Move slightly to the side some.
Duplicate once & mirror.
Add a drop shadow.

Paste your main tube on top layer.
Arrange to side of tag.
Add a drop shadow.

On your closeup tube,
apply Xero Porcelain effect

Open a crescent moon.
Resize 70%.
Paste on side of frame.
Add a drop shadow
Duplicate the moon once
Resize the 2nd moon 80%
Mirror
Arrange as if hanging from the first moon
Repeat above with a 3rd moon.
You want the moons to appear to be hanging
& decreasing in size.

Open a teddy bear.
Resize 50%.
Paste as if sitting on the largest moon.

Open a book tube.
Paste near bottom of tag.
Add a drop shadow.

Merge all layers together.
Duplicate once.
On the bottom layer,
adjust blur gauassian 20

Effects texture weave
colors of choice from tag
Resize all layers 88%.

Add wordart of choice.
Add a drop shadow to it.

Add copyright info & name.
Save as jpeg or png.
