Supplies:
Tube of choice.
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by Wicked Princess Scraps
Epilepsy Awareness Kit, Out Of The Shadows
It is a FTU kit.
Scrap

Open a 750x750 new image.
Open tube & scrap supplies.

Open a frame of choice.
Paste as new layer.
Open the descending staircase.
Paste alongside the frame.
Add a drop shadow to frame & staircase
2,23,50,5 Black

Select inside the frame with magic wand.
Hold shift down while selecting multiple areas.
Selections modify expand 15

Paste paper of choice as new layer.
Selections invert & press delete.
Select none.
Move paper under frame.

Paste your main tube by the stairs.
Add a drop shadow.

Open a window valance.
Resize 80%.
Paste at top of the frame.
Add a drop shadow.

Open the cause ribbon.
Resize 15%.
Paste on alternating poles of the staircase.
Drop shadow each ribbon.

Open a hanging curtain.
Paste as new layer &
arrange between the frame &
window valance layers.
Add a drop shadow.

Open a flower of choice.
Resize 20%
Paste on the handle end of the staircase.
Add a drop shadow.

Open a corner doodle.
Paste as if descending under the staircase.
Drop shadow them.

Resize all layers 72%
Merge layers visible.
Duplicate once
On the bottom layer,
adjust blur gauaissan 20

Open wordart of choice.
I used the one in the kit.
I resized 78%
Paste as new layer
Add a drop shadow.

Add copyright info & name.
Save a jpeg or png
