Supplies:
Tube of choice.
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by Gemini Creations
Called Love Bug
It is a PTU kit.
Available at My Tag Art.
WSL Mask 311 by Weescottlass Here

Open a 600x600 new image.
Open tube, photo & kit of choice.

Open a small single square frame.
Paste as new layer
Add a drop shadow to frame
2,2,50,5 Black
Select inside the frame with magic wand
Selections modify expand 5
Paste photo as new layer

Selections invert & press delete.
Select none.
Move the photo under frame.

Open a tree frame.
Resize 70%.
Paste as new layer.
Arrange behind frame & photo layers
On side of frame.
Add a drop shadow

Open your main tube image.
Resize 85%.
Paste as new layer on
Corner of frame.
Add a drop shadow.

Open leaf tube
Resize 40%.
Free rotate 90
Paste as new layer
Position as if peeking out from
Side of frame opposite the tree side

Now duplicate 6-7 times.
Move the layers along the side
So they are all peeking out.
Drop shadow them all

Open a flower & resize 50% twice.
Paste as new layer on
Top corner of frame.
Add a drop shadow.

Paste paper of choice on bottom layer.
Apply Wsl mask 311
Merge group
Resize mask layer 108%.

Choose a bow.
Resize 50%.
Paste on the flower element.
Add a drop shadow.

Choose a butterfly
Resize 50% twice.
Paste on frame where you wish.
Add a drop shadow

Resize image 83%.
Add saying of choice.
Add a drop shadow.
Add copyright info & name.
Save as jpeg or png.
