Supplies:
Tube & Image of choice.
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by Kat NKDA
Called Harvest
It is a PTU kit.
Scrap
1) Open supplies in psp.
Open a 600x600 new image.
Choose a frame of choice from scrap.
2) Resize frame 25% or as needed.
Paste as new layer.
Add drop shadow to the frame
2,2,50,5 Black
Select inside of frame with magic wand.
Selections modify expand 5
3) Paste Image of choice as new layer.
Selections invert & press delete.
Select none.
Move image below the frame layer.
4) Paste your tube as new layer
Near bottom of frame…like its sitting
By the frame & image.
Add the earlier drop shadow.
5) Open a leaf branch tube.
Resize 15% or as needed.
Paste as new layer & arrange behind the tube.
Add a drop shadow.
6) Open a ribbon & resize 17%.
Paste as new layer.
Move to under frame layer in layer palette.
Add a drop shadow.
7) Open a circle frame.
Resize 15% or as needed.
Select inside of frame with magic wand.
Paste paper of choice.
Selections invert & press delete.
Move under frame.
8) Paste tube as new layer between circle frame & paper.
Selections invert & press delete.
Copy merged & paste as new layer onto main tag.
Resize 88%.
Arrange on a top corner.
Add drop shadow.
9) Take a hanging tag element.
Resize 20% or as needed.
Paste as new layer.
Position so it appears to be coming from under
The circle frame.
Add a drop shadow.
10) Merge all layers visible.
Duplicate once
On the bottom layer,
Adjust blur gauassian blur 25
Effects texture mosaic Glass
11) Resize all layers 80%.
Add artist copyright info & name.
Save as jpeg or png.
