European Chic

This tutorial was written

Supplies:
Tube & closeup of choice.
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by Scrap Rebellion
Called A Twisted Spring
You can find it at
Scrap
It’s a FTU Scrap.

1) Open a 600x600 new image.
Choose a frame of choice & open it.
Copy & paste the frame as new layer onto your main image.

2) Select inside frame with magic wand.
Selections Modify Expand by 4
Paste paper of choice as new layer.
Selections invert & press delete.
Move paper under the frame.

3) Keep selected.
Paste tube as new layer between paper & frame.
Position as wanted.
Duplicate once.
Move the top tube layer to top in layer palette.
X it out.
On the original tube, press delete.
Select none.

4) Now on the top tube layer,
Un’X it out.
Lower the opacity some.
Erase any part of the tube that shows past the bottom
Of the frame.
Once done, put opacity back to 100%.
Add a drop shadow to the original bottom tube.
2,2,50,5 black
along with one on the frame.

5) Open a flower doodle of choice.
Paste as new layer behind top tube layer.
Position as wanted.
Duplicate once & mirror.
Add drop shadows to both flower layers.

6) Choose bow skull to use.
Resize 50% twice.
Paste as new layer along side of frame.
Duplicate & move copy to other side of frame.
Drop shadow both.

7) Open a flower element.
Resize 50% once.
Paste as new layer.
Position under the bow elements.
Add drop shadows.

8) Add rope doodle element.
Position near top or bottom of tag.
Move to above background layer.
Duplicate once.
Mirror & then flip.
Drop shadow both.

9) Resize all layers 88%.
Merge visible.
Add wordart of choice.
Add a gradient glow using
Eye Candy 4000 Fat setting
Width 3.
It is optional though.
Remember to add a drop shadow.

10) Add copyright info & name.
Save as jpeg or png.
