This tutorial was written

I am using a tube by Jehsee
which you can purchase at
Dreamscape Imaging
Here

Supplies:
Tube of choice.
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by Schnegge
called Black Beauty.
It is also available at
Dreamscape Imaging

Open a 600x600 new image.
Open up your tube & scrap supplies.

Open a frame of choice.
Copy & paste as a new layer.

Click inisde the frame with your
magic wand tool.
Selections modify expand 4

Paste paper of choice.
Selections invert &
press delete.
Move paper layer under
the frame layer.

Paste a cityscape element
between the paper & frame layer.
Position as wanted on the tag.
Press delete.
Select none.

Add a drop shadow to the
frame & cityscape layers.
2,2,50,5 Black

Paste your main tube as a new
layer. Position slightly to
the right side of the frame.

Open a corner flower element.
Paste on the bottom left hand
part of the tag. Position on the
bottom layer. You want it peeking
out from under the tag layers.
Duplicate this layer once & flip.

Open a bow ribbon element.
Resize 70%
Paste at top of the frame behind
your main tube.

Open a glitter doodle.
Paste on the bottom layer of the tag.
Position on the bottom half of the tag.

Open wordart doodle.
Resize 85%.
Paste behind your main tube on the tag.

Merge layers visible.
Resize 88%
Add copyright info & name.
Save as png.
