Mermaid's Fantasy

For this tutorial, I’m using
a tube by Eclipsy.

Supplies:
Tube of choice
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by designs by sarah
called Ocean Goddess.
It is available at Pimp My Tags
with Scraps
Here

Open a 600x600 new image.
Open your tube & scrap supplies.

Open a wave element.
Paste as a new layer.
Position to the bottom
left side of the tag.

Duplicate the wave once.
Mirror the layer.
Position so it appears across
from the original wave layer.

Open a large flower element.
Paste on the bottom layer.
Postion in the center of the
waves.

Open a starfish element.
Paste on the bottom layer.
Position to the side slightly
behind the other layers.

Open a seaweed element.
Resize 75%
Paste beside the starfish.
Mirror once.
Position as wanted.
I put mine beside the starfish.

Open a dolphin element.
Resize 70%
Paste in front of the tag.
Position on opposite side of
the starfish.

Add a drop shadow to the
dolphin.
2,2,50,5 Black.

Open fishnet.
Resize 88%
Paste along the top back of
the tag.

Open your tube of choice.
Resize 88%
Paste as wanted on the tag.

Oepn bubbles element.
Resize 50%
Paste on the tag as wanted.
In your layer palette,
move the bubbles layer
under dolphin & main tube layers.

Open a glitter doodle.
Resize 70% & mirror.
Paste behind the dolphin layer.

Add wordart or text of choice.
Make sure to add a drop shadow to
the text.

Merge layers together.
Reszie 88%
Add copyright info & name.
Save as png.
