For this tutorial, I’m using
a tube by Jeff Wilkie.

Supplies:
Tube of choice
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by Grunge & Glitter
Called Fresh Water (mini kit)
It is available at Pimp My Tags
with Scraps

EyeCandy4000 HSB Noise
Gradient Glow
Mura's Meister Copies

Open a 600x250 new image.
Open a tube & scrap supplies.

Open a scene background
from the scrap.
Click inisde the new image
with your magic wand tool.

Paste the scene background as
a new layer.
Selections invert & press delete.
Select none.

Paste your main tube as a new
layer.
Position as wanted on the tag.
Add a drop shadow.
2,2,50,5 Black

Open a puddle element.
Resize 80%
Paste in the layer palette
under your main tube layer.
Position on the tag so it appears
your tube is coming out from
the puddle.

Select your font tool.
Font size 12.
Font of choice.
Type out text of choice
above your background layer.

Convert the text to raster.
Muras Meister Copies
Tiling - Tile Gap set to 2.
Lower the opacity of the
text layer to about 40
on your layer palette.

Open a bottle element.
Resize by 50% twice.
Rotate free rotate
either direction 45.

Paste on bottom half of the tag.
Make sure this layer is under the
text layer.
Lower the opacity to about 45.

Merge layers together
Select all
MOdify contract by 10
& invert.

Promote the selection to layer
& mirror it.
Apply eyecandy 4000
HSB noise
Zebra Stripes
Smooth Fractal
Select none

Apply Eyecandy4000
Gradient Glow
Fat glow width 3.0

Add a drop shadow to the
border you just created.
2,2,50,5 Black.

Merge layers visible.
Add copyright info &
name.
Save as jpeg or png.
