I am using a tube by Maryline
Cazenave which you can purchase at

Tube of choice.
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by PolkaDot Scraps
Called Girls Of PMTw/S Chassity.
It is part of the Girls of PMTw/S Collab.

Open a 600x600 new image.
Open your tube & scrap supplies.

Choose a frame of choice.
Paste as a new layer.
Click inside the frame with your
magic wand tool.

If needed hold shift down to
select multiple areas of the frame.
Selections modify expand by 5.

Paste a paper of choice
as a new layer.
Selections invert & press delete.
Select none.
Move the paper layer under
the frame layer.

Add a drop shadow
to the frame layer.
2,2,50,5 Black

Merge the frame & paper
layers together.
Resize 88%
Rotate Right 90.

Duplicate the layer twice.
On the bottom frame layer,
rotate 15 right.
On the middle layer,
rotate 15 left.

Paste your tube of choice.
Add the drop shadow to the tube.
Position in front of the frame layers.

Open a heart necklace element.
Resize 50%
Paste on a top corner of the
frame.

Open a cute dog face element.
Resize 65%
Paste on part of the necklace element.

Open string flowers element.
Resize 60% & 80 % once each.
Paste on a side of the tag behind
your main tube layer.

Open a leaf branch.
Resize 88%
Paste on the tag as a new layer.
Position on side.

Move to the bottom layer in the
layer palette.
You want it to appear to be coming out
from under the frames.
Duplicate once & mirror.

Merge layers visible.
Add wordart or text of choice.
Make sure to add a drop shadow to
the text.

Resize 88%
Add copyright info & name.
Save as png.
