Supplies:
Tube of choice
Scrap of choice.
I’m using a scrap collab called
Party Girl.
The collab is by Pimp'd Designz &
designs by sarah
It is available at Pimp My Tags
with Scraps
Here

Open a 600x600 new image.
Open your tubes & scrap supplies.

Choose a multi square frame.
Resize 86%
Paste as a new layer.

Add a drop shadow to the frame.
2,2,50,5 Black

Holding the shift button down,
click inside the squares with
your magic wand tool.
I only did the 3 larger squares.

Selecitions modify expand
by 3.
Paste paper of choice as
a new layer.

Selections invert & press
delete button.
Move the paper under the
frame layer.

Paste one layer of your
tube between the two frames.
Press delete.
Select none.
Add a drop shadow to the
tube layer.

Apply Xero Radiance plugin
to the tube.
Strangeness 137
Charm 50
Truth 128
Beauty 255

Open radio frequency bars.
Resize 88%
Rotate 90 either direction.
Paste on the bottom layer of the
tag.

Open your main tube.
Paste on the right side of
the frame.

Open a glitter circle doodle
element.
Resize 50%.
Paste on the same saide of
your main tube.
I did one at the top
& one at the bottom.

Open a feather element.
Resize 60%
Paste behind your main
tube at the top.

Duplicate the feather once.
Flip the feather so that it
appears at the bottom also.

Open a circle frame.
Resize 50%
Click inside the frame with
your magic wand.

Selections modify expand by 3.
Paste a paper of choice as a
new layer.
Selections invert & press delete.

Move the paper under the frame desk.
Paste your tube as a new layer between
the two layers.
Press delete.
Select none.

Copy merged onto your
main tag image.
Resize 70%
Position as wanted on the tag.

Add wordart or saying of
choice to the tag.
Position as wanted.

I add a gradient glow to
the words I added.
EyeCandy 4000 Gradient Glow
Fat setting Width 3
This is entirely optional.

Merge layers visible.
Resize 88%
Add copyright info & name.
Save as png.
