For this tutorial, I’m using
a tube by Zlata_M.

Supplies:
Tube of choice
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by Foxy's Designz
Called Drama Bitches
It is available at Stargazers Scraps
Here

Open a 600x600 new image.
Open your tube & scrap supplies.

Open a corner element.
Resize 80%
Paste as a new layer.

Duplicate the corner piece once.
Mirror & flip it.
This should form a frame of sorts
from the two corner pieces.

Add a drop shadow to the frame layer.
2,2,50,5 Black
Click inside the frame with your magic wand.
Selections modify expand by 5

Paste a paper of choice.
Selections invert & press delete.
Select none.
Movet he paper under the frame layer.

Open your main tube.
Resize if needed.
For the tube I chose to use I resized 50%
Paste as a new layer.

Open a ribbon banner.
Resize 80%
Paste along the bottom of the tag.

Open a corner skull element.
Mirror once.
Paste near the top of the frame.
Add the earlier drop shadow.

Open a star charm element.
Resize 50%
Paste the element so that it
appears to be hanging from under
the skull element.
Add a drop shadow.

Open a stuff animal/doll type element.
Resize 50% & 70% once each.
Paste at the bottom of the tag on the left side.
You want the layer to be under the ribbon banner layer.
Add a drop shadow.

Open a glitter background.
Resize 65%
Paste on the bottom layer.

Merge layers together.
Resize 88%
Add copyright info & name
Save as png format.
