This tutorial was written

For this tutorial, I’m using
a tube by OrkusArt.
The tube is available at
PicsForDesign

Supplies:
Tube of choice
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by designs by sarah
Called Good vs Evil
It is available at Pimp My Tags
with Scraps
Here

Open a 600x600 new image.
Open your tube & scrap supplies.

Choose a rectangle frame.
Resize 80%
Paste as a new layer.
Add a drop shadow
2,2,50,5 Black

Click inside the frame with
your magic wand tool.
Hold shift button down if you
have to select multiple areas.
Selections modify expand by 2

Paste a scrap paper of choice
as a new layer.
Selections invert & press delete.
Move paper layer under the
frame layer.
Paste flame element in each
side of the frame. Arrange as wanted.
Press delete on each flame layer.
Select none.

Paste your tube of choice
as a new layer.
Position on the frame as wanted.

Now choose another frame.
I am using one with circles on it.
Add a drop shadow to the frame.

Click inside the largest circle on the frame.
Selections modify expand by 2
Paste a paper of choice.
Selections invert & press delete.
Select none.
Move the paper under the frame.

Repeat the above with the 2 smaller circles
& a different paper.
Resize all layers 50%
Paste as a new layer.
Position on the tag to top left corner.

Move down to the bottom layer in
your layer palette.
Duplicate once mirror & flip

Open a devil pitchfork element.
Resize 50%.
Position on right side of the frame.
Add a drop shadow.

Open a halo element.
Resize 50% & 75% once each.
Rotate Free Rotate Right 45

Position on top right corner of
frame 1.
Erase part of the halo so that it looks
like it is hanging on the frame &
on the pitchfork.

Open metal barb wire.
Resize 85%
Paste as new layer &
arrange along the bottom of
frame 1

Add wordart or saying of choice.
Add EyeCandy4000 Gradient Glow
Choose a color of choice.
I did glow width 3
Add a drop shadow to the words.

Merge layers visible.
Resize 88%
Add copyright info & name.
Save as png.
