Supplies:
Tube of choice
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by designs by sarah
Called Warm summer nights
It is available at Pimp My Tags
with Scraps
Here

Open a 600x600 new image.
Open up your tube & scrap supplies.

Choose a frame of choice
& open.
Resize 85% &
paste as a new layer onto your
main image.

Click inside the frame with a magic
wand. Selections modify expand by 2
Paste a paper of choice as new layer.
selections invert & press delete
Move the paper under the frame layer.

Paste your tube of choice between
paper & frame layers.
Arrange as wanted & press delete.
Select none.

Add a drop shadow to both the frame
& tube layers.
2,2,50,5 Black

Open hanging lights element.
Paste as new layer & arrange near the
bottom of the frame.

Open a corner leaf element.
Resize 50%
Paste on the right hand side of the frame.
Add a drop shadow to this layer.

Open a leaf element.
Resize 60%
Paste on the bottom layer & arrange on
one side so that the leaves appear from under the frame.
Duplicate this layer once & mirror.

Open a butterfly.
Resize 20%
Paste twice on the tag as wanted.
Choose a flower & resize 25%
Paste on the opposite corner of the corner
leaves element.

Resize all layers 88%
Add a wordart or saying of choice.
Make sure to add a drop shadow to the
words.

Add copyright info & name.
Save as png format.
