This tutorial was written

For this tutorial, I’m using
a tube by JM Leotti

Supplies:
Tube of choice
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by PolkaDot Scraps
Called Vampire Diaries: Jeremy

with Scraps

Open a 600x600new image.
Open up you tube & scrap supplies.

Choose a frame of choice.
Resize 75% or as needed.
This may vary depending on the
type of tube you are using.

Click inside the frame with
your magic wand tool.
Selections modify expand by 3

Paste a paper of choice as a
new layer.Selections invert
& press delete.
Move the paper layer under
the frame layer.

Keep the frame selected for the moment.
Paste your tube as a new layer between
the two layers.
Press delete.
Now you may select none.

Add drop shadows to both the
frame & tube layers

Open a glitter doodle.
Paste on the bottom layer &
arrange under the frame with parts showing
from under it.
Duplicate the doodle once & mirror & then flip.

Open a multi leaf branch.
Resize 75%
Paste on the right hand side of the frame.

Arrange in the layer palette above the
doodle layers.
Once positioned as wanted
Duplicate it once & flip.

Open a rose flower.
Resize 80%
Paste on the top layer on
bottom right hand corner
of the frame by the leaves.

Open a ribbon element.
Resize 80%.
Free rotate right or left 90
Make sure all layers is not checked.
Mirror the ribbon if needed.
You want the ribbon on the opposite
side of the leaves.

Duplicate the rose flower once.
Resize 70%
Position on the tag by the top corner
of the ribbon.

On the bottom layer,
paste a paper of choice.
Apply the mask wsl 221
Merge group.

Now do wordart or saying of choice.
I did the saying I used around the frame.
To do this I typed out each part of the phrase
one at a time & converted to raster.

On the words on the right side I free rotated
the words 90 & right.
Once you are happy with all words
drop shadow them.

Merge all layers visible.
Resize 88%
Add copyright info & name.
Save as png format.
