Supplies:
Tube of choice.
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by Gothic Inspirirations
Called Anguished.
It is a PTU kit.
Here

Plugin: Xero Radiance

Open a 600x600 new image.
Open your tube & scrap supplies.

Select a frame of choice.
Resize 70%
Paste as a new layer onto main image.
Add a drop shadow
2,2,50,5 Black

Click inside the frame with magic wand.
Selections modify expand 10
Paste paper of choice as new layer
Selections invert & press delete.

Move the paper layer under the frame layer
in the layer palette.
Paste your tube between the paper & frame
layers. Press delete.
Select none.
Add a drop shadow to the tube layer.

Open letters.
Resize 50%
Paste as wanted on the frame.

Open a heart necklace
Resize 35%
Position to appear to be
laying on the letters.
Add a drop shadow to the necklace.

Open a spiderweb.
Resize 70%
Paste as a new layer above the paper layer.
Open bubbles & resize 50%
Paste above spiderweb layer.

Open a chainlink element.
Paste on the bottom layer.
Position on one side of the tag.

Merge the layers together between
the layers frame & paper.
Duplicate once.

On the copy layer, Resize 50%
Move near the top of the tag & to the
side slightly.
Duplicate this layer once
Resize the copy layer as before

Move the smaller one down to
near the bottom.

To both the smaller circle frame layers,
apply Xero Radiance

Merge all layers together.
Duplicate once
On the bottom layer,
adjust blur gauassian 12

Open wordart from kit or
one of choice.
Resize 70%
Paste near bottom of the tag.

Add copyright info & name.
Save as jpeg or png
