Supplies:
Tube closeup of choice.
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by Artmama
Called its snow wonderful
It is a PTU kit.
Here

Open a 600x600 new image.
Open tube and scrap supplies.

Open a frame of choice.
Resize 70%
Paste as a new layer.
Rotate Left 15
Add a drop shadow to the frame.
2,2,10,15 black

Click inside the frame with magic wand.
Selections modify 10
Paste paper of choice as new layer.
Selections invert & press delete.
Move paper under frame.

Paste tube closeup between
paper & frame.
Duplicate once.
Move the copy tube layer to top in layer palette.
On the original tube,
Press delete.
Select none.

On the copy tube,
erase parts showing past frame
which you do not wish to have.
Add a drop shadow to the original tube.

Open a christmas wreath.
Resize 70%
Paste on bottom layer under
a corner of frame.
Duplicate once & position copy wreath
under another corner.

Open a snowflake.
Resize 50%
Repeat as above like the wreath.
Position the snowflakes on the wreath.

Open a star ornament.
Paste by your tube on the frame.
Add a drop shadow.

Choose a christmas tree.
Resize 70%
Paste on the frame across
from your main tube.

Open a flower.
Resize 50%
Paste twice on the top corner by the
christmas tree.
Open poinsettas.
Resize 25%
Paste along bottom part of frame.
You may have to paste several times.

Open a bundle of wood.
Resize 50%
Paste at bottom of christmas tree.

Open a circle frame.
Add a drop shadow to the frame.
Select inside the frame with magic wand.
Selections modify expand 10
Paste a paper of choice as new layer
Selections invert & press delete.
Select none.
Move paper under frame.

Copy merged & paste onto bottom layer of tag.
Resize circle frame layer 110%

Merge layers visible.
Resize 88%

Add wordart or saying of choice.
Make sure you add a drop shadow.

Add copyright info & name.
Save as jpeg or png.
