Supplies:
Tube of choice.
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by Sky Scraps Designs
Called Just a note.
It is a PTU kit.
Here
Open a 600x600 new image.
Open tube & scrap supplies.
Open a frame of choice.
Resize 79%.
Paste as a new layer.
Add a drop shadow to the frame
2,2,50,5 Black
Click inside the frame with magic wand.
Selections modify expand by 6
Paste a paper of choice.
Selections invert & press delete.
Move paper under frame.
Paste your tube as a new layer.
Position on side of frame.
Add a drop shadow.
Open two hearts in two
different sizes.
On the larger heart resize 50% twice.
Paste on a frame corner.
On the smaller heart, resize 40%
Paste on top of the larger heart.
Drop shadow both hearts.
Merge the two hearts together.
Duplicate once.
On the copy layer, resize 50%
Open a music note.
Resize 50%
Paste on the frame.
Add a drop shadow.
Open vertical bow.
Resize 50%
Paste on the tag.
Position behind your main tube.
I mirrored it but it is optional.
Open piano keys.
Resize 50%
Paste as new layer at bottom of tag.
Add a drop shadow.
Open a half flower.
Rotate Right 90
Paste as if peeking out from top of frame.
Duplicate once & move to side.
Also position in layer palette to bottom layer.
Merge the two flowers together.
Duplicate once & flip.
Merge layers togther.
Resize 88%
Add wordart or saying of choice.
Add a drop shadow.
Add copyright info & name.
Save as jpeg or png.
