Supplies:
Tube of choice.
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by Gothic Inspirirations
Called The Witching Hour
It is a PTU kit.
Here

Open a 600x600 new image.
Open tube & scrap supplies.

Choose a frame of choice
& open it.
Resize 88%
Paste as a new layer.
Add a drop shadow
2,2,50,5 Black

Using your selection tool,
draw around your frame.
paste a paper of choice.
Selections invert & press delete.
Move paper to under the frame
2,2,50,5 Black

Paste your main tube as a new layer
Arrange on side of frame between
paper & frame.
Duplicate once
Move copy layer to top in layer palette.

On the original tube layer,
press delete.
Select none.
Add a drop shadow to orignal tube
2,2,50,5 black

On the copy tube layer,
erase the parts showing near bottom of frame.
You can also use your selection tool for this option as well.

Open a cloudy moon.
Resize 50%
Paste under frame on a corner.
Add a drop shadow.

Open a tree.
Resize 80%
Paste on same side with the moon.
Arrange so the leaves are over the moon.
Add a drop shadow.

Choose a cat tube.
Resize 50%
Paste at bottom of frame on top layer.

Open a spider tube
Resize 20%
Paste on frame as wanted.
Add a drop shadow.

Merge layers visible.
Add wordart or saying of choice.
Add a drop shadow

Resize 88%
Add copyright info & name
Save as jpeg or png.
