This tutorial was written

Supplies
Scrap of choice
I’m using one by KatNKDA called
Pumpkin Time
It is a PTU kit Here
I’m only using the scrapkit on this tutorial.
Everything is contained within the scrapkit
Open a 600x600 new image.
Open up the scrapkit supplies.
Choose a font of choice.
Foreground black
Fill null
I went with a spooky type one.
Enlarge as wanted.
Convert to raster.
Open scarecrow tube.
Resize 50% & 55% once each.
Paste between paper & frame
Using your magic wand,
select inside each letter.
Hold shift down to keep them
all selected.
Open a paper of choice,
Resize 50%.
Paste as new layer.
Select none.
Paste a drop shadow to the letter outline.
Open a scarecrow tube.
Resize 50% & 55% once each.
Paste under the letter layers.
Add a drop shadow.
Open a tree tube.
Resize 20%.
paste behind & to side of scarecrow.
Duplicate once & mirror.
Drop shadow both trees.
Open jack o lanterns.
Resize 15%
Paste in front of the wording.
Add a drop shadow.
Repeat the above with a crow
except resize 10%.
Paste on top of a letter.
Add a drop shadow.
Merge layers visible.
Duplicate the layer once.
On the bottom layer,
adjust blur gauassian 18
Resize all layers 88%
Add copyright info & name.
Save as jpeg or png.
