Supplies:
Tube & Image of choice
Scrap of choice
I’m using Midsummers Night by
Creations By Jo.
It’s a PTU kit available at Dreamscape
CBJ
Mura’s Meister Copies

Open a 600x600 new image.
Open tube & scrap supplies.

Open a star tube.
Paste as new layer onto image.
Duplicate once
Arrange the 2nd star right next to
the first star.
Merge the two stars together.

Effects Muras Meister Copies
Encircle
Apply
Resize layer 115%

Click inside the frame you made with magic wand.
Selections expand modify 5
Paste paper as new layer.
Selections invert & press delete.
Move paper layer under frame.
Select none.

Paste tube as new layer in center of frame.
Add a drop shadow to the tube & frame layers
2,2,50,5 Black

Open a small doodle.
Paste as new layer.
Move to bottom layer & partly showing
from under the frame.
Duplicate once & mirror.
Merge the two doodle layers together
Duplicate once & flip.

Open a flower tube.
Paste as new layer on bottom in palette.
Add a drop shadow.

Open jeweled butterfly tube.
Paste twice on the tag as wanted.
Drop shadow both butterflies.

Open a key.
Resize 25%
Paste as new layer.
Arrange under one of the butterfly layers.
Add a drop shadow.

Resize all layers 86%
Add wordart from the kit &dropshadow.
Merge all layers visible
Duplicate once
Adjsut blur gauassian 20 on bottom layer
