Supplies:
Tube of choice.
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by Gothic Inspirirations
Called Magneta Sky.
It is a PTU kit.
Scrap
Xero Radiance

Open a 600x600 new image.
Open tube & scrap supplies.

Open up frame of choice.
Select inside the frame with magic wand.
Hold select down if selecting multiple areas.
Selections modify expand by 6

Paste paper as new layer
Selections invert & press delete.
Move paper under frame.
Paste tube between paper &frame.
Press delete.
Select none.

Add a drop shadow to the frame & tube layers.
2,2,50,5 Black

Oepn a hanging corner ribbon.
Resize 50%
Paste on a top corner.
Add a drop shadow.

Back on your main tube layer,
apply xero radiance
135,50,128,255

Take your selection tool.
Draw out a rectangle or circle
around your tube.
Add a new raster layer
Fill with color of choice.
Select none.
In layer palette,
apply the screen effect

Open the doodle flowers.
Resize 78%
Paste on side of frame on the bottom layer.
Duplicate once & mirror.
Drop shadow both.

Open the hearts.
Resize 20%
Paste twice on the tag.
Position one on the ribbon.
Another one on a corner.
Drop shadow both.

Open a lollipop or pin.
Resize 50%
Paste on bottom corner with hearts.
Position in layer palette so its under the heart layer.

Open the chain fence.
Paste as bottom layer of tag.
Add a drop shadow.

Merge layers together.
Duplicate once
On the bottom layer.
adjust blur gauassian 15

Resize all layers 88%
Add a word art of choice.
I used one from the scrapkit.
Resized it 50%
Paste on the tag & add a drop shadow.

Add copyright info & name.
Save as jpeg or png.
