Supplies:
Tube of choice.
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by Gothic Inspirirations
Called Summer lovin.
It is a PTU kit.
Scrap

Open a 600x600 new image
Open tube & scrap supplies

Open a circle doodle
paste as new layer.
Resize doodle layer 115%

Duplicate the doodle layer once.
On the bottom layer
adjust blur gauassian 115%

Open circle frame
Click inside frame with magic wand
Selections modify expand 15

Paste paper of choice
Selections invert & press delete.
Paste tube as new layer
Press delete.
Select none.

Add a drop shadow to
frame & tube layers
2,2,50,5 Black

Copy merged & paste onto tag image
Resize layer 88%

Open lamp.
Resize 50%.
Paste on side of frame
I mirrored one I used

Open twig.
Resize 80%
Paste as new layer near bottom of tag.
Add a drop shadow

Open tule or chain link
Resize 75%
Paste as new layer & move to
bottom layer in layer palette.
Duplicate once
Flip & mirror

Open flower heart
Resize 50% 3x
paste at end of lamp
add a drop shadow

Open the teacup saucer.
Resize 25%
Paste on bottom side of frame.
Add a drop shadow

Merge layers together
Resize 88%
Open wordart of choice
Resize as needed.
Colorise as wanted.

Paste on tag.
Apply eye candy 4000 gradient glow fat
if wanted
add a drop shadow

Add copyright info & name.
Save as jpeg or png
