Supplies:
Tubes of choice
Scrap Of Choice
I’m using one by Crazy Carita Scraps
Called Luv Ya Lots.
Scrap
It is a PTU scrap available at
Mypsptubes.

1) Open a 600x600 new image.
Open tube & supplies for tutorial.
Paste frame of choice on new image.
Add a drop shadow
2,2,5,50 Black

2) Select inside of frame with magic wand.
Selections modify expand 5
Paste paper as new layer
Selections invert & press delete.
Move under paper.

3) Paste tube as new layer between paper & frame.
Press delete.
Select none.
Add drop shadow to tube.

4) Open a doodle of choice.
Paste as new layer on side of frame.
Move in layer palette so it appears to
Be peeking from under it.
Duplicate once & mirror
Drop shadow both

5) Resize frame layers 88%.
Open 3 square frame & select
With magic wand.
Paste paper & invert press delete.
Paste tube on one side.
Press delete.
Select none.
Paste whole thing as new layer
Near bottom of tag.

6) Open two different color flowers
Resize 50% & 80% once.
Paste as new layers twice each.
Alternate between colors.

7) Open pillow tube.
Resize 50%.
Paste at bottom to tag & add a drop shadow.

8) Open bow.
Resize 50%.
Paste on corner of frame & add drop shadow.

9) Open heart element.
Resize 50% & 88% once each.
Paste as new layer & arrange under bow.
Add a drop shadow

10) Paste full tube on side of frame.
Add a drop shadow.

11) Merged layers visible.
Adjust blur gauassian 25
On bottom layer.

12) Resize all layers 88%.
Add copyright info & name.
Save as jpeg or png.
