Supplies:
Tube of choice.
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by Gothic Inspirirations
Called Mommie Dearest.
It is a PTU kit.
Scrap

Open a 600x600 new image.
Choose a frame of choice.
Resize 85% & paste as new layer.
Rotate the frame 90% either direction

Select inside the frame with magic wand.
If selecting multiple areas, then hold shift down
While selecting.
Selections modify expand by 5.

Paste paper of choice as new layer.
Selections invert & press delete.
Select none.
Paste tube as new top layer.
Arrange on frame.

Add a drop shadow to frame & tube layers.
Choose the bloody handprint.
Resize 50% once & 70% once.
Paste as new layer in the frame.

Take a ribbon.
Resize 75%.
Paste as new layer inside the frame.
Add a drop shadow.

Take the file tab & add text of choice to it.
Add a drop shadow to it.
Rotate 90
Paste on side of frame as if poking out from underneath
Add a drop shadow

Open a heart chain.
Resize 50%.
Paste as new layer on side of frame.
Add a drop shadow.

Open the keys & resize 25%.
Paste on the heart chain.
Add a drop shadow.

Choose a needle tube.
Resize 50% twice.
Paste near bottom of frame.

Open the bloody tagback.
Paste as new layer.
Arrange on bottom layer
& showing on opposite side of file tab.
Add a drio shadow.

Open the straight jacket.
Resize 50% once & 70% once.
Paste just under the needle plate.
Add a drop shadow.

Open coffee cup.
Resize 50% twice & 70% once.
Paste as new layer & add a drop shadow.

Resize all layers 88%
Add copyright info & name.
Save as jpeg or png.
