Supplies:
Tube of choice.
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by Gothic Inspirirations
Called Vindictive Pleasures.
It is a PTU kit.
Scrap

1) Open a 600x600 new image.
Choose a frame of choice & open.
Paste as new layer & resize if needed.

2) Select inside frame with magic wand.
Hold shift down if needed to keep
Multiple areas selected while selecting.
Selections modify expand by 5.

3) Paste paper of choice as new layer.
Selections invert & press delete.
Move paper under frame.

4) Paste tube of choice as new layer
Between paper & frame layers.
Press delete.
Select none.

5) Add a drop shadow to the tube & frame layers
2,2,50,5 Black

6) Choose a flower cluster.
Resize 50% or as needed.
Paste as new layer.
Move in layer palette to just above
Bg layer.
7) Duplicate the flower layer once.
Mirror & flip once each.
Choose a circle frame.
Resize 80%.
Paste as new layer above bg layer.
Add a drop shadow.

8) Take a lamp tube.
Resize 50% or as needed.
Paste as new layer.
Mirror once.
Arrange on top frame layer on side.
Add a drop shadow.

9) Open a bottle tube.
Resize 50% once & 70% once.
Paste as new layer.
Arrange on side of bottom of top frame.
Add a drop shadow.

10) Open wordart from kit or one of choice.
Resize 50% or as needed.
Paste as new layer.
Add a drop shadow.

11) Merge layers visible.
Duplicate once.
On the bottom layer,
Adjust blur gauassian 20

12) Resize all layers 88%.
Add copyright info & name.
Save as jpeg or png.
